  Please let us know your company name, the person in charge, and your contact information.

  Estimate

  Please attach a photo of the wood pattern you are requesting via email.
  It would be helpful if we can see the overall shape and details. (It would be appreciated if you could take a photo with a ballpoint pen aside, we can image its size easily).
  Depending on the shape, we will get back to you with an estimate within about 10 days.

• step03

  
  Contract

  If you are satisfied with the quotation, please send the wooden pattern to our designated delivery center.
  Please keep the package size within 200 cm in total (length + width + height), which can be used by a courier service.

  ※Please transfer the initial cost of 30,000 yen to our designated bank account

• step04

  
  Production

  We use a 3D scanner to measure the wooden form, and model it with a 3D CAD system.
  Basically, we use mid-range CAD (SOLID WORKS, etc.).
  We will confirm the delivery date after the initial payment is received.
  Normally, we take about 4 to 5 weeks. (Delivery time varies depending on the shape.)

  Delivery and Payment

  We deliver 3D data in STL, IGES, STEP, and 3DPDF formats.
  Basically, we will send the data back to you by e-mail when we return the wooden pattern.
  You can check the 3D shape by 3DPDF.

※There are several free 3D viewers such as Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
※STL data can be used for 3D printers, etc
※IGES and STEP data can be used for 3D CAD and CAM to create wood and metal molds
※Payment is to be made within 3 weeks after delivery of the remaining balance, excluding the initial fee, to the address specified by us
※Data storage is the responsibility of customer.
