Information on our "confectionery wooden pattern" capitalization (3D data) service
We use 3D scanning and 3DCAD to convert important wooden molds into data (models).
The target is wooden molds and jigs, but if you need other types, we can consult with you.
To ensure quality and prevent data leakage, we basically use only domestic companies for data processing.
As long as the data is an asset, it must be protected to avoid risk.
It may take time to trace back to the original shape and source of production to restore a wooden pattern or jig that has deteriorated.
Also, if there is only one wooden pattern, the product using it will naturally cease to be offered.
However, if the 3D data is stored, it is much easier to find a vendor who can produce it, and it is also much easier to confirm the original by showing it to the customer.
We will continue to protect our precious traditions.
